SMT Wires will be manufactured on our self-constructed special machines.

This offers the following advantages :

Computerized

At the normal trocar grinding procedure, the cusp glows out and thereby the cusp gets soft. As our manufacturing process produces no heat, the cusp stays hard. By our CNC-Production the surfaces and angles are exactly equal, so a very good rotation can be effectuated.

Concave

The surfaces will not be manufactured flat, but concave. Therefore the cutting edges are sharpener and this allows a easier placement.

Cooler:

The development of heat is ca. 30 % lower than it is at usual wires.
